The Polypipe polymer manifold is a cost-effective alternative for water distribution and control of your underfloor heating installation. The main body of the polymer manifolds is manufactured with a lightweight mono-bloc construction allowing for easy installation.
It can be balanced by using the blue cap on the return manifold for manual adjustment or by removing the blue cap completely. The drain and air vent assembly can be positioned at either end of the manifold. Isolation valves are supplied as an optional extra to give even more control over your underfloor heating system.
The Pump Packs provided with our Polymer Manifolds allow total control over the input of heat into the network (the series of circuits determined by the size of the manifold being installed). This is simply adjusted uses the unique set and lock clutch mechanism and has a large range of 30ºc up to 60ºc to help enhance the comfort of the final installation. These highly efficient pump packs can service areas up to 140m2 and fully compliant with EUP regulations and have an EEI (energy efficiency index) of less than 0.23.
You have total control and maximum flexibility as Polypipe underfloor heating manifolds are available as standard in a range of specifications. Such specifications allow you to control between 2 and 12 circuits. As the temperature and flow rate of each circuit is fully adjustable, you can create the desired temperature in each room of your home.
