Fit From Below Double Heat Spreader Plates underfloor heating
This system is used for suspended floor projects with traditional timber or composite joist spacings where it is undesirable to access the joists from above. It may be that a finished floor is already in place in the room that requires underfloor heating but access can be gained to the joists from a cellar or from renovations being carried out on the floor below.
The Fit from Below Double Heat Spreader Plates are single pieces of aluminium with channels for holding the pipe in place. A layer of insulation must be installed below the panels to prevent heat loss downwards and help direct the heat up into the room.
If you are unsure which Polypipe Underfloor Heating system is the best fit for your project, our team of in-house specialists would be happy to discuss your project and make a recommendation. Simply give us a call on 01709 772380.
