By participating in this promotion entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

• The promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, agents and affiliates of Polypipe Limited trading as Polypipe Building Products or any other business within the Genuit Group and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the prize draw.

Promotional period:

• The promotion begins on Tuesday 1^st August 2023 at 1pm and ends on Tuesday 31^st October 2023 at 23:59.

How to enter:

• To participate, users must complete the “Get a free quote” form available on the www.polypipeufh.com website during the promotional period.
• Participants must provide accurate and complete information in the quote request form.
• Each completed quote request form will count as one entry into the prize draw. i.e. 1 entry per new Project request
• If you require any amendments to your Project any subsequent requests will not be counted as a new entry for that Project

Prize draw:

• The prize draw will take place within 30 days after the end of the promotional period.
• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
• The winner will be notified via the contact information provided in the quote request form.
• If the winner does not respond within 10 working days of the initial notification, another winner will be selected.
• The decision of Polypipe Limited trading as Polypipe Building Products regarding the prize draw winner is final and binding.

Prize details:

• The prize consists of a complete underfloor heating system up to the value of £3,000 (Net) and  relates to the system design and UFH products only and does not include shipping, handling fees or installation.
• The total value of the prize will not exceed £3,000.
• Alternatively the winner may choose to receive 66,000 Polypipe Perks points instead of the UFH system prize.
• The 66,000 Polypipe Perks points can be redeemed for various rewards at www.polypipeperks.co.uk. 
• The prize is none transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

Publicity release:

• By participating in this promotion, the winner agrees to the use of their name, photograph and quote for promotional purposes related to this promotion and future marketing efforts of Polypipe Limited trading as Polypipe Building Products without any additional compensation.

Limitation of liability:

Polypipe Limited trading as Polypipe Building Products shall not be responsible for any:

• Entries that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible or damaged.
• Technical malfunctions, computer or network errors or any other issues that may result in disrupted or lost entries. 
• Inaccurate information provided by participants.

Data privacy:

• Any personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of this promotion and in accordance with the Polypipe Limited trading as Polypipe Building Products privacy policy available at www.polypipe.com/privacy-cookies-policy
• Polypipe Limited trading as Polypipe Building Products reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason without prior notice.
• The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.  By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
